What We Do
At TrustQuest Transportation Services LLC, our services are available for all ages, including children, adults, and the elderly. NEMT is provided for those with mobility difficulties and individuals with special health considerations. As a company, we aim to help them improve their independence and not feel held back because they can’t get to their appointments, schedules, and events. For this reason, we vow to do our best to be available whenever our assistance and provide them services that are appropriate for their overall needs from pick-up to drop-off.

Dr. Appointments
It is important for individuals to get to their doctor appointments as check-ups are essential to help them determine the state of their health. However, many individuals, especially those with disabilities and health conditions, may find getting to their appointments challenging due to transportation limitations. We want to help these individuals relax and not worry about being late. With the help of our well-trained drivers, they can trust that they’ll get there on time.
Dialysis
Dialysis patients need to arrive at their dialysis sessions on time since dialysis helps keep their bloodstream and entire system clean. The session can be a very taxing process for individuals needing treatment. Thus, they not only need to arrive on time, but they also need to be kept relaxed going to and from their sessions. This is one of the biggest reasons why NEMT professionals should drive them. Our vehicles support convenience and comfort on their entire journey.
Chemotherapy Centers
Chemotherapy, while highly beneficial for those that have cancer, has side effects that may cause fatigue, nausea, pain, and more, depending on the individual. Needless to say, patients undergoing this treatment need to have the opportunity to get ample rest before and after their sessions. Being a nurse-owned company, TrustQuest Transportation Services LLC understands what our clients are going through. For this reason, we want to do everything we can to ensure that the chemo patients availing of our assistance are offered the support they need all along the way.
Nursing Facilities
If you are looking to transfer your loved one to a nursing facility, your loved one most likely has a health condition that requires 24/7 supervision. NEMT is an excellent option to help ensure that your loved one receives the appropriate assistance throughout their journey. Our vehicles are outfitted with devices that make getting in and out an easy process. We also have certified professionals who can support them from when your loved one is picked up from your home to when they arrive at their nursing facility.
Rehabilitation Centers
Rehabilitation treatments are usually not a one-off thing. They need to be constantly observed to promote gradual progress for the individual undergoing treatment. However, some individuals undergoing rehabilitation may not have access to transportation that cater to their needs. Many of these individuals may not be able to commute or drive themselves to their sessions. We want to help eliminate this challenge by providing NEMT service available for anyone who needs it.
Church
We believe no one should miss church because they can’t get there. Church connects many of us to our faith and the community that’s built around and because of it. With our NEMT services, we discuss with our clients the time they need to get to their schedules and discuss a plan, including the duration of the journey and their transportation considerations. This way, clients get to their destinations feeling comfortable and relaxed with some time to spare.
Family Gathering
Family is generally the primary support system of our clients. Needless to say, family is very important for them. That’s why we want to help our clients to be at every family gathering and event, so they don’t miss important moments in their lives. If lack of suitable means of transport is their problem, we want to be there to help resolve the issue.
